As a registrant or participant of Health Evolution’s 2025 Connect (“Connect”), hosted by Health Evolution Services, LLC (“Health Evolution”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you are registering on behalf of someone else, you confirm that you have informed the attendee or participant of these terms and that they have accepted them. Your registration grants you access solely to the in-person Connect (“In-Person Connect”). Any other costs related to your attendance are your responsibility, and Health Evolution will not be liable for these expenses.
Health Evolution reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify any aspect of the in-person event, including but not limited to content, program, speakers, moderators, and scheduling. By registering, you agree not to share, sell, or transfer your in-person registration. Violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your registration and forfeiture of any payments made. Attendees are expected to act responsibly and respectfully toward the Connect community. Health Evolution reserves the right to revoke attendance, without refund, for individuals whose behavior is inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive.
Health Evolution gatherings are designed to encourage candid discussions and foster meaningful connections with the goal of activating change in health care. To support this mission, we ask all Connect participants to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:
- Only invited, registered participants may attend Connect. There is no on-site registration.
- Connect is a non-commercial, non-sales space. Avoid overtly commercial or sales-driven interactions.
- Connect does not allow external media and relies on Health Evolution’s media channels for sharing event information. The Chatham House Rule applies, meaning participants are free to use the information received, but neither the identity nor the affiliation of the speakers, or any participant, may be revealed without prior consent. Absolutely no live streaming or recording of content is allowed.
- Please respect the Connect schedule by not organizing private events that conflict with official programming.
- The Event App is for networking and connection-building. Please do not spam the attendee list or use the app for sales purposes before, during, or after Connect.
- In-Person Connect is exclusively for invited Health Evolution community members. Sessions and discussions are intended to be off the record, and the event is not open to media. Attendees or participants who cannot be properly identified will be removed. By attending, you grant Health Evolution the right to record and redistribute event content.
Refund Policy
In-Person Connect registration fees are refundable according to the following schedule:
- 100% Refund if canceled on or before June 2, 2025
- 85% Refund if canceled between June 3, 2025, and July 3, 2025
- 50% Refund if canceled between July 4, 2025, and July 28, 2025
- No Refunds for cancellations after July 29, 2025
In the event that the In-Person Connect is canceled, your registration will automatically convert to a Virtual Only Connect registration. Any difference in fees will be applied as credit toward a future Health Evolution event or product.
Registration fees for the Virtual Only Connect are non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague within your organization by contacting customer support at team@healthevolution.com.

All intellectual property related to Connect, including content and materials distributed at or in connection with the Health Evolution Forum (“Forum”), is owned by Health Evolution, its sponsors, or its speakers. You may not use or reproduce, or permit anyone else to use or reproduce, any trademarks or other trade names appearing at the Connect or Forum, any event content, or any materials distributed in connection with Connect or Forum without prior written permission from Health Evolution.
Recording and Media Usage Please be aware that recording will take place throughout Connect. Health Evolution may capture and use images, videos, and interviews of speakers and participants during sessions, receptions, and other activities for media, website, marketing, educational, and networking purposes.
By registering for Connect, you grant Health Evolution and its affiliates a license to use, display, and reproduce your name, image, likeness, words, and ideas captured in photos or videos across various channels, including social media, marketing materials, and publications. This permission includes, but is not limited to, media on platforms such as X and LinkedIn, without further case-by-case consent or remuneration. You waive the right to inspect or approve the use of any recordings or images.
Release and Waiver You release and discharge Health Evolution, its employees, and representatives from any claims or liabilities related to the capture and use of photographs, recordings, and videos, including claims for libel, copyright or trademark infringement, and invasion of privacy.
